Select a color and/or size now and click on ‘add to cart’.
Of course, you can continue shopping comfortably; you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right.
Note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean they are reserved.

Have you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the ‘shopping bag icon’ at the top right to go to your Nopon's items. In the next screen, you can still adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. Now you will land on the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order is immediately processed so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Nopon covers the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.*


* You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link to which you will receive by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Nopon strives for fast delivery of products. When you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly via our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.

  1. I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver about this, which will include the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse. 

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report this. An investigation will be initiated by PostNL 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.

     7. DEFECT PRODUCT?

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase amount.

     8. LOST PACKAGE/ RETURNED PACKAGE?
In the event that a package has been lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

     9. DELIVERY NOT AT HOME OR AT THE POST OFFICE?

If a package is delivered to the door or handed over at a post office, NOPON.NL has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to withhold €15 from the amount you receive back.
