Nopon regularly shares super fun contests on our social media channels. To ensure the contests run as fairly and clearly as possible, you can find our general terms and conditions regarding the contests below:

General terms and conditions

• Participation is excluded for all employees of Nopon;
• Participation in the promotion is free of charge for the customer;
• The start and end date are always displayed in the social media post;
• Participants who abuse the contest may be excluded from participation;
• The winner of the promotion is chosen by means of a drawing in an impartial manner;
• The winners of all promotions will be notified personally via the social media channel on which the promotion took place; Nopon is authorized to exclude participants in case of suspected fraud or unlawful participation;
• Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified of this;
• It is not possible to exchange your prize for another product or cash amount;
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the prize draws;
• Discounts are not applied retroactively to promotions;
• All items come with a warranty period of 2 months.
